Support Student Research and Bat Conservation
The Bat Advocacy and Tracking Society (BATS) at Cal Poly Pomona gives students a chance to explore local biodiversity and gain hands-on experience studying one of nature’s most fascinating species. Through fieldwork, students learn how to safely observe and collect data on bats, build bat boxes that support conservation efforts, and share their findings with the community. These experiences connect classroom learning with real-world research and inspire students to become passionate advocates for wildlife and environmental stewardship.
Your support helps make this work possible. Donations fund essential materials and supplies for outdoor field studies, research activities and community outreach projects. With your help, students can continue gaining valuable scientific experience while contributing to the conservation of local ecosystems.
