Crowdfunding is a way to raise funds for a specific project or program that relies on rallying a large group of supporters.
Who can use Cal Poly Pomona Crowdfunding to raise money?
Current students, faculty, staff, and alumni are invited to submit an application for their projects. Some other members of the community may be eligible to apply for a crowdfunding project. All projects need to raise funds for a Cal Poly Pomona program or cause.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes! Cal Poly Pomona Foundation's taxpayer ID number is 95.2417645. Note: For gifts made with a perk attached, the cost of the perk will be deducted from the tax-deductible portion of the gift.
What types of campaigns are successful on Cal Poly Pomona Crowdfunding?
Successful campaigns are typically community-focused and are led by passionate project managers who are fearless in their quest to make a difference. The best campaigns:
