Ride with the Broncos: Support the Equestrian Team
The Cal Poly Pomona Equestrian Team brings together students from every discipline and skill level to learn, compete and grow as riders. From beginners to experienced equestrians, our members develop lifelong skills in horsemanship and teamwork while representing CPP in both hunt seat and Western competitions across California and beyond. What makes our team unique is the “catch ride” experience, where riders draw a random horse and compete without prior practice. It’s a thrilling challenge that builds confidence, adaptability and true riding talent.
Our team is growing, and we need your support to keep our riders in the arena. ASI funding covers part of our costs, but donations are essential for team supplies, riding lessons, travel to regional and national shows and competition fees for more than 45 dedicated members each semester. Your gift helps make the world of horsemanship more affordable and accessible for students while giving them a chance to proudly represent Cal Poly Pomona on the show circuit.
