Help Bring Student Theatre to Life

Actors Collaborating with Technicians (ACT) at Cal Poly Pomona gives students from all majors the chance to experience the excitement of live theatre. Through student-led productions and workshops, participants work together as actors, designers and technicians to bring stories to the stage. These experiences allow students to explore their creativity, build teamwork skills and gain hands-on training in every aspect of theatre production, from performance to set design and lighting.

Your support helps make our annual student-led musical and workshops possible. Donations fund the licensing for our spring production, materials for sets and costumes, and workshops that train students in technical theatre. Contributions also support alumni panels that connect aspiring professionals with mentors in the industry. With your help, ACT can continue creating opportunities for students to express themselves, learn new skills and build confidence both on stage and behind the scenes.
