Grow with BioTrek: Celebrate Earth Week

BioTrek at Cal Poly Pomona is dedicated to connecting our campus community with the natural world through hands-on learning and conservation education. This Earth Week, we’re hosting special demonstrations that highlight the uses and importance of native plants in our environment. These activities bring science to life, showing how traditional knowledge and modern sustainability practices work together to protect California’s rich biodiversity.

We need your help to make these events possible. Donations will help bring experts to campus who lead the demonstrations and cover the cost of tools, work tables and native plant materials not currently available in our Ethnobotany Garden Learning Center. Your support helps us create interactive, educational experiences that inspire students, faculty and visitors to value and care for our native ecosystems. Together, we can cultivate awareness, stewardship and a deeper connection to the natural world.
