The Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) at Cal Poly Pomona is dedicated to supporting and uplifting Black students, faculty and staff across campus. Through mentorship, community and advocacy, we work to create an environment where every student feels seen, supported and empowered to reach their full potential. Our mission is rooted in building belonging and helping students thrive both academically and personally.
