Celebrate 10 Years of Kumidaiko at CPP

For nearly a decade, Touzan Taiko has introduced students to the cultural and historical significance of kumidaiko in America, giving them a gateway into the vibrant professional, collegiate and community taiko scene. As we approach our 10th anniversary in Spring 2026, we are preparing a milestone celebration that will showcase our current members, highlight the talent of alumni and bring together collegiate clubs from across Southern California and beyond. This special event will honor our roots while also building connections that inspire the next generation of taiko performers.

To make this celebration possible, we need your support. Donations will help us cover theater rental, staffing, overtime costs and meals for our hardworking members. With your generosity, we can host a memorable anniversary performance that not only celebrates our history but also expands opportunities for students to network with professionals in the industry.
