Our Crowdfunding Groups
The Undocumented Students Services supports the holistic success (academic, personal, professional) of undocumented students at Cal Poly Pomona. Its purpose is to educate the community about current issues and to convene campus allies in a dialogue of student success.
We offer student, faculty and staff support through our various services and resources, which includes:
The most pressing need undocumented students face today is to maintain their DACA status, and to do so they need to prepare to submit renewal applications every twelve months. The DACA renewal application fee alone is $495. This can often be a barrier for students who are balancing the costs of tuition, living expenses, school supplies and family obligations all while having limited access to financial aid and employment opportunities. Gifts to Undocumented Student Services are currently being sent directly to undocumented students who request assistance with paying their DACA renewal fees. Your gift today will directly fund these requests so our students can focus on their studies and having an equitable campus experience rather than worrying about their documentation status. Our goal is to fully fund FIVE DACA RENEWALS through this campaign.
