Our Crowdfunding Groups
The idea of a Shop Small Initiative (SSI) emerged earlier this summer in response to the dramatic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on local businesses. Through a collaborative effort, students from the Cal Poly Pomona American Society of Civil Engineers (CPP ASCE) Student Chapter, Steel Bridge, Concrete Canoe, and Geowall competition teams have partnered up to put forth an initiative intended to help those who ultimately build our communities. Through SSI, small business owners are given the opportunity to advertise through the combined platforms of our organizations and clubs!
How does it work?
Our sponsorship packages have been designed to let local businesses select the duration of time that we advertise. The 2020-2021 school year has been split into three trimesters:
Advertise on our combined platforms for one, two, or all three trimesters!
A completed sponsorship form and online payment verification are required in order to finalize registration for businesses or shops interested in participating in SSI. Please contact a Team Representative to obtain a sponsorship form. Payments can be processed through this page by clicking "Pledge Support" or the contribute button under the desired level.

Please consider our Roller and Tier Support Donation options! These levels do not include any sponsorship, but help us tremendously and are greatly appreciated.
All donations and sponsorships on this page are tax deductible. The donation account is held in the Cal Poly Pomona Philanthropic Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit organization (Federal ID: 83-2300241).
